About This Practice
BE Fit Physical Therapy’s mission is to ensure that our patients and clients achieve their orthopedic, functional, and sport-specific goals through the provision of high quality physical therapy care and patient education. We work on all areas of the body and throughout the age continuum. Regardless of whether your problem appeared last week or last decade, we can help. What does this mean for you? This means that we will be working to find out exactly what is causing your pain or limitation and how physical therapy can best help alleviate it. We want to work with you to get you back doing what you love. We utilize a balance of different treatments techniques unavailable all together through any field other than physical therapy. After a full evaluation of the problem, your customized treatment plan will be developed, with your input, during your first appointment.
BE Fit has offices in Hanover, NH and inside the Upper Valley Aquatic Center in White River Junction, VT.

About This Practice
Family Physical Therapy Services began in 1991 in direct response to a job change for the current owner and director, Cathy Leer. With her husband Jon, she discussed the impact a new business venture would have on her two young sons (then 4 and 6) and her mother for whom they provided care. Knowing that family always comes first, it would have to be a joint family effort if it were to work effectively. So with that in mind, the stage was set for what became “Family” Physical Therapy Services, Inc.
Incorporated in 1991, Family Physical Therapy Services began as a small single-therapist private practice situated in the center of Bedford, which was perfect for the community-based practice that Cathy had in mind. We were staffed initially by her mother as receptionist, her husband as marketing and computer specialist and Cathy as therapist. FPTS was soon joined by her uncle as general accountant. Family was truly an integral part of the practice. Keeping with the “family” theme, Cathy wanted to develop a logo that could convey that as well. The family “tree” idea took root and yet another family member suggested a mighty oak to represent strength and longevity. The broken branch and re-growth signifies the power of healing.
FPTS now has a staff of 9, including 4 physical therapists. For over 22 years, FPTS has striven hard to restore and maintain the “care” in healthcare. Care about not only the treatment of injuries, but of the entire person: their life, family, work, interests. Forming relationships and understanding the needs of each person that we treat in the clinic is an integral part of recovery, especially for long term recovery and prevention as each person goes forward. Our mission is to provide the highest possible quality of care that physical therapy has to offer in an environment that promotes trust, confidence and mutual respect by maintaining a high level of moral and ethical behavior. Our goal is to provide each and every patient with a maximum return on their investment in us in order to restore health and their ability to enjoy life and live it to the fullest.

About This Practice
Johnston Physical Therapy is an independent private practice that has been serving Campton and surrounding communities since October 2008. It is Physical Therapist owned which means that I truely value quality, personlized care for my patients.
Upon your initial evaluation, which typically lasts between one to one and one half hours, I complete a thorough biomechanical assessment looking at functional movement, posture, alignment, joints and soft tissue. Each deficit is noted and the pieces of your individual puzzle begin to come together. Each person has a unique puzzle. Some of those puzzles are 100 pieces and others are 10,000 pieces. As you and I work together to put the pieces of your puzzle together, your functional capabilities improve and you function with less compensations. This equals the body working more efficiently which ensures improved performance and less pain.

About This Practice
Orthopedic Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy practice that has been serving the Southern New Hampshire community for over 25 years, since 1987. OPT specializes in advanced treatment of orthopedic extremity and spine injuries.
Care begins with an evaluation offered 24-48 hours from the time a patient calls. Comprehensive physical therapy care is given in an individual manner where each patient is motivated to actively participate in his/her treatment plan. Reassessment of the patient’s progress, communication with the referring doctor and appropriate advancement of the treatment plan occur on a regular basis.
Since we are privately physical therapist owned, we strive to continue to put the patient first and treat them as an individual, not as a number.
